CONGRATULATIONS GM TZATCHEV!
The voting delegates representing their country organizations of the Global Taekwon-Do Federation (GTF), met on August 16th and through a democratic process elected Grand Master Tzatchev from Norway for this Director position. Over the years, GM Tzatchev has worked hard on behalf of this Federation and has pledged to continue doing his best for GTF ‘s promotion worldwide.
