Promoting GTF in Ethiopia
Today, the meeting in downtown Toronto, Canada was very productive with the GTF President, HGM Linda Park, Mr. Christopher Park and Mr. Mohammed Meki Sherfa.
Mr. Mohammed Meki Sherfa, 6th degree, is the President of the official Global Taekwon-Do Federation (GTF) in Ethiopia. He has a proven record of being a strong technical Taekwon-Do instructor and is very popular in Ethiopia with a huge following. Since he became a member of our Federation, he has successfully motivated hundreds of Taekwon-Do Instructors to join with him.
The two hour discussion was mainly about the promotion of Global Taekwon-Do Federation in Ethiopia and the plans Mr. Meki has to expand the GTF in his country. Mr. Chris Park was very helpful when discussing GTF policies and procedures and Mr. Meki stated all his questions were answered at this meeting. The GTF President assured Mr. Meki that GTF will support him in his future endeavours.
The GTF members can look forward to some proposals coming from Mr. Meki to host an International Seminar and Championship in Ethiopia.
